It has been re-echoed that Christians in Nigeria should go out to vote in this forthcoming general election irrespective of their religious beliefs, This statement was made by the president and founder of Omega Fire Ministries, Apostle (Prof.) Johnson Suleman in his office during the courtesy visit paid to him by #TheChurchMustVote group.
#TheChurchMustVote is a non-political or governmental organisation, whose aim is to go round all the churches in Nigeria to sensitize Christians to participate in the generation election stated to hold on the 16th of February, 2019. .
The Apostle in his statement appeal to Christians that Nigerians deserve a better Nigeria and that the only way to get the “better Nigeria” we wish for, is to go out on Election Day to cast our votes instead of staying at home praying for a better Nigeria. He again said, INEC don’t count prayer points but count votes.
The fearless preacher said ,only your votes can inject fresh, God fearing and trusted leaders who can turn our fortune around and make the country a better place.
Let’s go out to vote!
