A video of some residents of Abia state expressing their excitement following the installation of street lights on their road, has made the rounds on social media.

The residents who couldn’t contain their joy, brought out chairs to sit as they discussed the installation of the street lights. According to the man who made the video, they have never had street lights in their area.
