Mobility challenged Nigerian pharmacist, Blessing Mary Ochiedo has shared a thoughtful thing her daughter did while she was struggling to sit on her wheelchair.
“Two days ago, my daughter did something that was out-of-the-blue but deeply thoughtful,” she wrote in a Facebook post on Monday.
“I had came down from the stairs and was struggling to transfer to my wheelchair (I didn’t bring it close enough). She observed me keenly for a few seconds, quickly rushed towards me and helped to lift my legs.
“In fact she almost fell rushing to help me. I guess she had been watching me for months and had learned my routine.
“To say I was shocked and extremely touched would be putting it mildly. She’s not even two yet so empathetic. This is one proud mama.”
